Anyone read Chinese/Japanese for Serissa pls?

Hi there crazy kids!!. I found this image of a Clump style Serissa Kyoto on the net and would love to know what it says on the bottom. I would especially love to know what the "150" represents.

From left to right, name of this plant, log number/serial number/entry number 156. height 18cm, style name.
so basically it's meaningless.

Hi Gocny, thanks anyway for the translation. I was kind of hoping the 156 was the age of the tree but alas, that is not the case.

the way serissa are it wouldnt be to far off that age looking at the size of the trunk
