Hi Guys
I have a Ficus Microcarpa, been with me for about three years. This winter the leaves have turned a mottled yellow. Never happened before and I have done nothing different. Any ideas/suggestions
Thanks in anticipation
Geoff

Hi Geoff and welcome. Have you ever repotted it or fertilised it ? Do you keep it outside ? Those are some good questions for a start.

Hi Tony
Thanks for getting back to me.
I haven't repotted the tree or given it fertiliser. I have a specific potting compound for bonsai [ I used it on an Adenium]. Supposed to have all the nutrients, that tree is doing fine. So, re plant as a first step?

Hey,
Adenium inside, this bugger should be outside

, and where you are ( Far North of the wall.. ) it will be ready for a root prune.
Rip it out of the pot, cut about 1/3 of the stringy roots off, re-pot with new soil. Wait a couple of weeks and load up on dynamic lifter.

G'day Macca
I'm not talking about the Adenium, rather the fig. I'm going to repot in a Bonsai potting compound
