Hi everyone
This Callistris was given to me about 2/3 yrs ago. It sat in a 6" pot for about a year and was only watered , it got fed once in a blue moon, twice if lucky. I root pruned it last spring after a strong wind had blown it off the table and a lower branch ripped off the trunk, it was extremely pot bound. I cut 2/3's off, but when i raked it out i was left with even less. I planted it in a 300mm tapered pot using RichGro Seasol potting mix. Maybe for about a month or so it sulked but then it took off. I had cut off about a third off the leader to send energy to the lower branches
the bark is coming along where the branch was ripped off The left branch i'm going to grow branching structure and then jin back to the trunk. The right hand lower shoot will be grown on. The trunk is 30mm, to top leader cut is 300mm high and at 150mm high the trunk is 15mm
