I'm not sure what exact allo or cas it may be, but does anyone here know why the foliage keeps turning bright orange? Been doing it for a while, just feels a little harder to diagnose when it doesn't exactly have "normal" leaves.

A bit difficult from that photo, but I think it is normal for Casuarina.

That is a terrible photo, but I do see this on the odd occasion. I would guess its not getting enough sun. I see this more often on my casuarina species that are restricted of good levels of sun. But there is no scientific reasoning for this belief, just a gut feeling.

A terrible photo for an ID? I wasn’t after one, I was more concerned of the colouring, which in the picture you can see the contrast. It gets nearly a full day of sun, and my other cas and allos next to it don’t have the same problem.

Completely normal.

The comment on the photo wasn't about ID'ing it. It was about helping you with advice. Because the photo isn't the best, it makes it hard to consider everything.
This casuarina actually doesn't look to be in optimal health, which is why I mentioned it is hard to determine from that photo. If the foliage is slightly drooping which it might do but is hard to see in this photo, or the medium is staying too wet, this can cause the needles to droop somewhat, which can promote problems and I usually only see growth like this on Casuarina which are not in the best of health.
