Plant Juniper ( Shimpaku )

Plant has had one branch getting yellow tips on all foliage for past year , rest of plant looks healthy ( I stupidly thought it was spider mites )

Decided to pull the plant today and looks like root rot has set in / dark red / brown roots ( The roots do feel strong and not mushy at all )

i was thinking Maybe i have a fungus problem Yates 200ml Liquid Copper Fungicide ( Would this affect only one branch ? )

i was going to purchase Yates 500ml Anti Rot Fungicid from bunnings any tips would be a huge help

Thanx

If you have a photo, that would help greatly.

Out of focus photos hurt my eyes. Posting bad photos is not really going to give us much more info than no photos.

I can just make out some wire on the other trunk. Have you wired or bent the affected trunk? I have had this happen after bending where I think the bark has separated from the wood and killed part of the trunk.
Juniper roots are normally reddish brown but should have white tips.
Has this trunk been on the shady side of the tree? sometimes that can also cause a branch to die.

Yates anti rot should control most root rot if that's what is happening to the tree. I think it would be a good idea to give it some just in case.
