Hi,

Quite new to bonsai and love the idea of bonsai'ing and learning about native trees.
Liked the look of this Acacia I found as tube stock with it's unusual spike leaves, was really root bound which took me some time unravel and trim. I repotted and styled and somehow cut back alot of the spiky leaves that I initally liked.
It's been alive since almost a couple of weeks and has survived a couple of storms so I'm quite pleased.

Beautiful little tree

Might be beautiful when you look at it but those leaves are really sharp Gloves (or very tough skin) when wiring and pruning this one
Mine have not ramified very much. Still sticks in pots after 5 years
