Ok so i made a silly noob misstake and got a tad rough and put a tiny split in a branch. I fixed it with super glue but got abit on the outside of the joint will that be an issus at all?

It looks like your split is on a Chinese Elm so I reckon you should be fine... it takes a lot to kill em but be careful, that is now a weak spot so you need to be mindful when trying to bend/shape around it for a few years. It won't bend and twist like it once did.
If it does happen to die off, fear not - it's a Chinese Elm, wait 5 mins and a replacement branch will be growing...

Yep sure is a chinese elm thanks for advice mate. Was a tad worried being a noobie and all

Even without the glue I think a little crack like this would just heal up and disappear. You will need to remember that this branch will always be a bit weaker where this crack was. They never seem to regain full strength after a break so be wven more careful hen trying to bend this branch in the future.
