Hi, I decided to have a good look at why my Elm? was looking a bit sick. So magnifying glass out (eyesight not the best) and guess what? Scale.(little white scale)
If you see the before you'll see it how downhill it went.
So, have I done the right thing I sprayed with confidor underneath the leaves etc.
What now should I do now, to save it. Seasol ? Fertiliser? or leave it recover for a week or 2.
I might add, it was repotted 4 months ago.

I've seen Chinese elm recover from much worse and expect yours will recover quite quickly now that the scale are gone. BTW - continue to check that your treatment was successful, sometimes you don't get them all with the first treatment.
Roots should still be healthy so it will be ok to just continue with your normal care - feed every 2-3 weeks and water when needed.

Did anyone else see the humour in this post :?:
