I would remove the middle trunk to make a twin.
Then wire the right one out to put some movement the in the straight bit.
Wire out all branchlets to be horizontal so that you get a platform for all the flowers to hang from. ( the ones on the right trunk need to be brought down)

not a lot to change -I would make the growth direction tend to mimic the main trunk---a repot into a smaller bonsai pot(colour to compliment the flower) would do wonders

also deal with the crossing roots- possibly chose a new front to move the middle trunk to the back--maybe

The Wiki says the best time to repot is August.

There's a link at the top of the page for the Wiki, you'll find plenty of information on wisteria in the species guide. Sorry I can't provide styling tips.

I'd also like to see the other side. That smaller trunk could provide valuable depth to the tree.

Best feature of wisteria is the flowers so style the tree to show the flowers. That means low branches are not much use. Branches need to be placed so there's room for any flowers to hang freely below the branch.

I usually repot my wisterias early spring just before the buds open but there's also plenty of advice to repot after flowering. That means there will be leaves on the tree but seems to be ok to repot these even after they have started to grow so don't panic if you miss the earlier time.
I find it is best to repot wisteria every year. Root growth is prolific so by second year so many roots in the pot it becomes difficult to water during summer. Had to keep one of mine in a water tray last summer because I missed repotting and it kept drying out.

thanks for all the feed back really appreciate it. Will root pruning stop the flowers as i have heard that messing with them too much stops the flowers being produced.

Flower buds for next spring should already be formed so it does not matter what you do now. You can identify wisteria flower buds because they are fatter than growth buds. If your tree does not have any at this time of year it won't flower whatever you do.
I usually root prune my wisterias late winter like most other species but I note that many recommend repotting after flowering. Trees will have leaves by then and some late flowering types will have a full canopy but I am assured it is safe to root prune at that time. I take this to mean you can repot wisteria almost any time of year???!!
I've found that it is desirable to repot every year because prolific root growth makes it difficult to get water into the roots during the second summer. Sitting the pot in a shallow saucer of water will help if you miss repotting occasionally.
