Native I.D. HELP

Hi all ,This is my third entry in the latest comp. Embarrassingly I don't know the Species. :palm: .Hopefully someone can help . Thanks John.

Not a lot to go on but I'd say Leptospermum rotundifolium. Do you have any idea what flowers it has?

Thanks Shibui ,I had a look on several sights and I think you are on the money. Unfortunately have not seen the flowers ,hopefully come Spring there will be some. I have another one and it had a small seed/nut on it. About 3mm ,roundish with a cross pattern on one end of it.

Lepto roundifolium generally has quite large flowers in the pink-purple range. The most common named variety is called 'Lavender Queen' but there's also a low growing form called 'Julie Anne'. 'Julie Anne' looks quite different though.
Mine generally also have larger seed pods - around 6-8 mm diameter so it is still possible that this is something else.

I'm having trouble getting mine to make well ramified branches but yours looks quite dense so maybe I need to pay more attention to trimming. If you can get it to flower as a bonsai it should be stunning.
