Hi Guys,
If any of you live near Winston Hill in NSW, please check out Gumtree. There is a 2m tall Lepto for free. But you need to need and be very quick.
Good luck
Jay

All the best of luck Ken.
Would have love to dig it myself but don't have the time due to work commitments. But then again I have not had much luck with natives.
Keep us posted
Cheers

Went and collected this one today.
Had good access but was in Clay soil

, Got a large rootball ( 600mm diameter) so hope will be OK.
Cut back a little but left a large amount of foliage on each branch and will hopefully get some back budding so i can reduce its size
Brought home and planted out in the garden to recover as I do not have a pot large enough at tah moment. Lined the hole with Gutter guard to simiulate a colander, amd filled up with Diatomite, zeolit, and Pumice mix.
Watered in well with seasol so now sit back and watch and wait.
Thanks for posting the find Jay

Ken, mate, I thought I was keen!!
Well done, that's a great find, not sure on its future but I'm sure you've had a better look at it than we all have and have somethIng planned.
In flower this has the potential to be a eye catcher,
Good luck on its preservation,
Keep us posted

Thanks all
Recovery will be the key and interesting to see if it does recover.
I got as much root as realistically possible so will just have to wait and see

Looks good Ken. Good root ball on it too. Can't see why it wouldn't survive so good luck with the recovery. As you know after care is the key and I'm sure it's in good hands.
