Nice holes in the pot.
Wiring a bit rough.
You might need to be a bit more specific about what you are looking for feedback about in order to get anything meaningful

I need help with wiring!
The holes were used as anchor points to get movement in some branches.
I'm hoping the positioning of the branches were within the rules of bonsai.

There are no rules of bonsai.
There are some guidelines that help us keep our bonsai alive and healthy.
There are some guidelines that help us make our bonsai look attractive. The shape of this trunk is reasonably attractive
There are some guidelines that help us keep our trees looking good over time. I note that you have kept a group of 3 branches close together (3,4 and 5 up from the ground). That could cause you problems eventually. Over time areas that have several branches growing close together will get thicker than area above and below and that does not look good. There are some great bonsai with branches close together but it is safest to only leave 1 side branch at any point on the tree - sometimes referred to as 2x2 branching.
