This was started as a layer in about 2000 or so.
A few more years before I start to put some shari on it when it will look like a REAL Juniper!

Hi treeman,
I assume it has a common root system? Really like it, Shari and jins will certainly make it look awesome
Cheers Rod

G'day Treeman,
Is this genuine kishu, and if so.. Can you show us close up of the foliage. Other question is... Do you know of genuine itoigawa variety in Australia?

Thanks

Adam

Lower the price further and I'm sure people will relocate to Melbourne for it.

Hi Adam,
According to Boon, this is Kishu. (called shimaku in the trade here).
Yes itoigawa is now in the country. It won't be freely available for a few years yet
