I tried a landscpe theme with an 8 inch tree.

I haven't tried to bend them that much because dormant buds are sprouting.

I want to airlayer this one but i don't know if the bottom will survive without leaves? I would appreciate any suggestions. If it would bud down low I probably would chop the trunk.

Me not into Latin, but it looks like what I call a silk tree, they have the habit of closing their leaves at night. Cute. Well done. I didn't think silk trees were wild though? :tu:

I should have guessed, you live in Florida. They are a lovely if it is a silk tree with their pretty flowers.

It is a silk tree, how nice too. I tried one here but it died on me, just a pot plant, might try again now I know a bit more. :aussie:

Thank you Jason lol! You cant get in trouble for digging up trees if they're invasive. They grow fast!

Lol Greenthumb. They are not long term trees. I am going to practice african acacia style with theses till i get my hands on a good Acacia.

Yes BushBunny, some people call it Silk Tree or Pink Mimosa. You could grow them in containers and bring them in when the temperature goes below 60°f. And it wont drop its leaves . Although they are semi deciduous, and will survive cold temperatures. Ive seen them in the Northeast . Thank you for your comments! Dont be a stranger :)
