This is a Calytrix glutinosa (sticky fringe myrtle) a native of WA. When not in flower they look very similar to a juniper. Which when I first saw it I thought it was. It is easy to handle and transplant, soil is a good free draining Bonsai mix.
This tree is now 4 years old and is performing very well indeed it has flowered for the last 3 years, wiring is easy also, just be aware that old wood is brittle.
Hope you like it.

I have just read of Bohdi's loss of two miniatures. While that is despicable, I my self had a nasty experience. Last Monday the 25th of August I took this tree and some other to the club to show them off. When I got home, and while I was packing up I thought something is not right.
Tuesday morning I had a close look at the tree. Lo and behold some low life had taken a cutting from the tree.
I was devastated. It has been told off to the Committee. the reason I tell this it is not just JO BLO you have to worry about.

Cheers Pup :x as hell

Just read your previous message, thats insane, how rude and brazen can you get, surely not at a club meet wheres the mutual respect? You will probably find the culprit I guess.

What a cheek!!! Taking a cutting without your consent. :tounge: This is absolutely no excuse, it was sabotage or theft. I hope the member is struck off. LOL.

I stopped going to a club, because one member kept brushing against me, then once mouthed 'shut up' while I was speaking. Then shoving me out of the way. That was enough for me! Especially after I complained to the committee but they stuck up for him. 'Didn't mean it, he has a good heart'

(Having years working for women's services, I know a potential abuser's profile only too well. So I thought, 'F U'. I never attended again. If he was trying it on, i.e., negative attention seeking, he should bloody grow up!)

Bush bunny.

Jealousy eh? Get it in all hobbies.

That's how I noticed it a hole in the canopy. We do not know who it was we have suspicion but no proof.

Sad to hear Pup :( Don't know why they couldn't just ask if they wanted a cutting! :lost: :palm:
