when to repot leopard tree?

been googling for 2 hours so now iv had to admit defeat and ask the brains trust
Caesalpinnea ferrea
iv had it in a pot for a year since i grew it from a seed in july last year, so i wanna repot and make sure its ok

Morning arklan,
We have grown a few of these. But in Melbourne they grow much slower.they love humidity. Saw a lot in Singapore . We prune in warmer weather, the roots dont like to be bare in the cold months. Hear is a site that might help you .

the link doesn't have any info on when to repot but it is a tropical plant which suggests it can repot any time other than winter so ill just wait til September and do it
