Hi
I have no experience with native australian bonsai, but I have bought from a nursery an amazing plant ideal for a bonsai.
I know that I should wait summer time before repotting it. However I was wondering if it is a big issue if I repot it now with minimal or none during of the roots.
Hard to find information about this plant. I have already cut about 40% of leaves volume.

I have had one of these trees for a few years. Attracted to the species because of the small leaves, slow growth and conical shape of the plant.
I have put together a summary of care hints which you may find handy:

Location - Grows well in full-sun and part-shade, but prefers part shade. Does best in warm-temperate or subtropical climates.
Tolerates high winds and light frosts.
Soils vary from mildly acidic to mildly alkaline
Watering - It needs somewhat regular water during drought months, but can be left alone during rainy months.
Fertilization - is unnecessary but responds like ant native to an appropriate native fertiliser.
Wiring, not a problem, especially below horizontal. Branches are very flexible shaping and bending is possible.
