Chinese elm x suberosa (Ulmus parvifolia X suberosa)

This tree started as a root cutting 3/12 years ago it was used as a demonstration in May this year, as you can see it has come along very well. It was pruned out on the weekend workshop.
It is 23 cm high and the base 5.5cm. It is in a growing pot at the moment, and needs some movement it the top of the trunk, although with a slight angle of veiw it appears OK.

Have you considered a slight lean to the right? I like the front in the 3rd picture you have posted.

Another nice tree Pup
Need to get my hands on some Elms, they look like a lot of fun to work with... and sound quite forgivable to boot

Thats the front I prefer, also notice the little hook of wire to show the position, repotting soon I will toy with angles a bit then.
