Those are terrible photos arklan. really difficult to even work out what sort of tree it is let alone the problem on the leaves

I can see 1 peach (or nectarine?). It has curly leaf. You cannot cure curly leaf but may be able to prevent it next year. Curly leaf is a fungus that gets into the trees through pruning cuts and gets onto the buds as they open up. You need to spray with fungicide at leaf fall and again just before the leaves open in spring (pink bud stage as the flowers begin to open) The badly curled leaves will fall off soon and any new ones will usually be healthy.

One of the citrus pictures I can make out rootstock suckers growing. these are the 3 lobed leaves which are different from the normal single citrus leaves. the rootstock this tree is grafted onto is Poncirus trifoliata and these 3 lobed branches will all be growing from low down, below the graft. They will also have very sharp spines on them. If you leave them they will swamp the citrus graft and the grafted part will evntually die. Just cut them off close to the trunk and keep rubbing off any more buds that grow from below the graft.

The citrus may have citrus leaf miner. these are caterpillars that eat inside the leaf leaving little trails through the leaf, sometimes also eating through to the outside surface but not enough detail in the pics to confirm this is what it actually is.

I can't see any pics of apple or Chinese thing????
