Leptospermum Scoparium - Anyone know Jubilee?

After being inspired by Lackhands attempt at the subspecies 'Jubilee' I ventured out to attempt something like this. :reading:
I picked up a few Leptospermum Scoparium, simply titled 'Cascade Pink', but it doesn't have the amazing double dark pink flowers that 'jubilee' has.
If anyone knows where you can get the 'jubilee' variant from either in Sydney or the Central coast I would be greatly appreciative, as I am keen to try this.

From my experience with leptospermum, they appear to dislike heavy cutting back, and thus I have had fairly good success with mine from gradual pruning back over time, so I will attempt this as well. Here is a pick of 2 of the cascade pinks that I purchased and have started.
It will be a few years of slowly cutting back before I will start training, because leptos in my opinion can be very temperamental, and it is best to err on the side of caution. Initially I cut back to hard when I started leptos and lost them, but since learning their dislikes have not lost any, so fingers crossed.

Again, if any of you know where to purchase stock of Leptospermum Scoparium 'Jubilee', please let me know.

Dang. I've tried over 10 nurseries in Sydney and Central Coast, and no one seems to have it. It must be a conspiracy.

No-one's got it in for you - it's just the way things go. Grab what you can when you see it, then make the best of it. The "Cascade Pink" is a delightful variant, and there are two good lines in Scop 1 - pick one, and cut the other off, otherwise it will just argue with itself.

Best of luck,

Gavin
