Jacqueline Hellier Elm

Hi folks, I'm new to bonsai and so I suppose like most, I'm collecting new plants and 'potensai' at a rate of knots. Over the weekend I picked up three small seedlings of a variety of English Elm called Jacqueline Hellier, which has leaves very similar to Chinese Elm, but they sprout from virtually every leaf node and form a new branchlet. I've seen a mature tree of this variety at one of my club meetings, and it was a really lovely tree. However it will need a certain amount of skill I think to prune for the right effect, and maintain shape in the longer term. I can't find any information about this variety anywhere on the 'net, is there anyone who can give me advice on care, training and some other examples to look at??
cheers, BB
