After one of the hottest and driest summers I can remember in Brisbane we have finally had some decent rain, I was down to two days supply of water in my tank and now with the lovely drizzly rain that we have had over the past two days my water tank is full
The trees are loving a nice drenching in natural fresh water

My wie tells me it was raining in Cranbourne today

Well after going through an extended dry spell ( Bundaberg ) ,we have had 170 mls in the last 7 days and an expected 120 -130 mls over the weekend ... anyone know a good boat builder

Well still no end to this deluge ... haven't had this much rain since the last flood 2 years ago

My water tank ran dry last week. Supposed to rain tonight in the nations capital......we will see.

Cloud up Southern Tablelands, NSW area, but doesn't look promising so am watering everything - at least we have a bit of occasional shade.

Well 3 tornadoes later and nearly 15 inches of rain , the only casualty so far is the drive way gate , it was ripped from it,s hinges and totaled ... still more to come

Thanks Nathan for asking ! we are fine and the trees mostly unscathed , not a time for venturing out of doors much today ... trampolines thrown into power lines ,people injured bulk homes damaged but we are still here

Well we just copped a bucketload. Had to go and help a mate whos roof just collapsed. Hate to think what QLD is going through.
