Just a few pictures I have taken recently. The Port Jackson fig is currently wrapped up in sphagnum moss as it has started to develop aerial roots which I would like to guide as a feature on the trunk.I have recently pruned the Azalea into a rough shape of what i might be after. Both are going to be styled in a semi cascade I think. I would like to know when and how to make the leaves smaller in the Port Jackson and also how to get rid of the black spots on the leaves of my azalea- which I think may be whitefly. I shall post more photos later.

the white spots are water spots alot of figs get them if it has excess water and nutrients it can excretes them throw the leaves. this is what i have been told.If you want people to respond u need to post the pics here not links. many of our best bonsai minds have been doing bonsai for a long time computers are new to them though and try posting or bumping day times not nights were their not on.
Just some suggestions.
cheers

Like where you are heading with the azalea, going to be a fine tree in a year or three.
Not sure what is with your fig, sorry.

It looks like you keep them indoors and if you do then they will not thrive. I wont comment further until you clarify indoors or out doors.

They are brought out quite frequently and taken inside overnight or whenever I'm not home as I don't have a secluded place to put them. I am living in Sydney and have been there for about a year now. I have had the fig for well over 7 years but it has not thrived as it was living in Lithgow where it gets very cold even in summer. But I have kept it surviving this long so far. Sorry about the pics I don't understand HTML coding and they were too big to upload I think.

most basic photo programs u can edit size of photo but some if not all your photos seem to be done with phone your phone may or may not have a re size option if not keep doing it your way but you will only get limited response, unfortunatley.

Hi i also have a couple of PJF's and one of them is just starting to throw some ariel roots. can you tell me what's the go with wrapping the trunk please ???
also my fig were in very bad health when i got them, done some chopping here and there + repotting and they have been out in the weather ever since ( got them late winter last year ), they were pretty much just sticks in pots but now they are getting full sun all day and doing really well, although they wont get touched now for a couple of yrs so they can do as they please to get back to a healthy tree again. The only time i did move them was when it rained for 4 days straight and when we copped them to really hot days 45+ degrees.
good luck with your adventure
Regards
Lee
