Hi all
I finally tracked down a man near me that has a private nursery out of his house low and behold I walked away with 2 very cheap stock
1 is a raft style other is a shohin
Both need a little tlc mainly water and some fertz I quickly got home to spruce them up they will look better in a few weeks then I'll do some work on them

Came In stamped Japanese pot as well

Being english elm and in need of tlc I would just let them grow for the year. They will need lots of energy to get to where they need to be. It will be a slower process to start with but the end result will be much slower if ever if you do not allow the tree to build up plenty of energy.
good luck

Thanks Brett
I made the same mistake with another EE
I got cut it back too soon after I got it ...it came
Back but took forever ... Don't think this has seen
Water only rain water ... Or ever fed ...
But I checked it out all still alive under the bark ( green )
So no deadwood ... Will hopefully sprout where I hope

I dont know if that is your front Meagi :?: Can you spin it around and give us an alternative front. It looks like more deadwood there and could be much more interesting
