Hi Guys & gals,

I have often wondered where to get a NPK 10 10 10 fert that is so often mentioned in bonsai books. Well I finally found some, but it is only available in some states, however they are willing to ship/post to all states. I haven't received it yet, but I thought I would share with everyone so they can get their hands on some balanced fertilizer too. :hooray:

Hi Luke308 , mate the NPK Scale mearsured in the Northern Hemisphere is completely different to the scale we use here in Aus . Most printed material refers to the European scale not ours . I searched high and low for a suitable product and found out from a rural farm fertilizer supplier that scale is completely different . Campbells -Rustica Plus has an NPK of 12-5-14 which is used for farm crops to commercial nurseries , it is a commercial fertilizer and is a compound slow release . It also has trace elements , sulphur , calcium , magnesium , boron and zinc . Available at most rural supplies and is as close to the Euro conversion available here in Aus . Most European fertilizers including the USA aren't allow in this country due to the certain reg's here . Hope this helps .

Cheers Alpine
