Has anyone tried out HB 101?

I have been using a little bottle of it here and had some reasonably good results. It is expensive stuff but we are talking 2ml per litre dilution rates.

I understand the benifits of Auxin derived supplements but neverv worked out what this stuff does can anyone eleborate?

from what it looks like, its a mixture of vitamins and minerls, and possibly maybe even trace elements, similar to that of superthrive (im looking at the B-1 in HB=101 as a give away), maybe even auxins as bretts says.

What it also contains from what i can decipher, is sugers and carbohydrates, as food source for bacteria, increaseing microbiological activity. Of course, for thosing mixes that are purely inorganic this portion of it would not be of great interest, but for those with organic in their mixes that wish to increase soil mocrobial life, this might be useful.

So, a mix between Seasol, Superthrive and Worm wee is where i look at it, but i would assume it is somewaht chemical based in nature and not entirely organicially derived.

I had another look and it seems this stuff is the sap from Cedars, Japanese Cypress, Pines. It seems they say that after a processing step this stuff can be used by other plants. So take a tree, wring all the jiuce out of it and then feed that to your plants. Sounds feasable but would like to see some documentation showing that it can be used by the tree.
It would also be a possibility that it contained hormones (auxins + such) and that it could help the bio organisims in the soil but again It would be interesting to see documentation.
