I made a tounge in cheek comment about more comments on exotics. After I had posted some Shohin Elms. Matt said I would get just as many for my Natives so here they are. The names will be put with the pictures.

Cheers Pup

Hi pup.

The post I made last night has dissappeared. It wasn't controversial so I don't think it was the mods that pulled it. There must have been a server meltdown or something.

Anyway what I had said was something like the following

Awesome trees particularly the casuarina in the second group of photos. Almost as good as the elms. What is it that makes the elms better? Is it that they have a more convincing aged look and not such a trimmed or groomed look as the natives?

Thank you for posting.

Squizz

Mr Pup these trees are exquisite! I would normally only post to ask a question, or if I felt I had advice to offer, (rare), but this time I'm just offering praise. They are an inspiration. Well done and thanks for showing them to us. Val Garth

Very stylish ficifolia Pup, with exceptionally small leaves, and a natural-looking trunk. Great little package.

Is it from a cutting, from tube, or from seed? Or did you dig it?

Bought stock and reduced, about 4 years now, just cut back to the two smallest leaves.

Inspiring images again, thankyou Pup.

It is great to see some more small natives, just the sorts of things I hope to acheive one day.
