It's only my opinion but if you plant it in thr ground for two 2 three year's & get abit of size in the trunk then reduce the height that will be a very nice tree, plus you can air layer it & you'll have two tree's out of one, but that only my opinion

actually you are right I never consider air layering
now I have t figure our where Im gonna cut it and what kind of shape I can give to this beauty

Looks healthy, but the 3 big bends do not look attractive. Makes it look like a dragon and there is no taper in the trunk by the look of it.
Even just putting in the ground will not do much as they will take years to put on any substantial growth.

How big is the trunk now?

I would be looking at several layers actually. Try to cover up various sections ( with news paper) and leave the bits exposed you are interested in looking for the tree within. Then you can more easily decide where you need to layer off to give the best results.
Do not forget to twist you head around to change the planting agles of the sections to see what might look good.

It kind of looks like a dragon to me. the S shape body, finishing with the head and having claws along the main body / trunk. =)
Just my imagination.

Do you have a close up of the leaves?
I have a tree that might be a juniper or a cypress.
Im just not sure which one it is.
