Just found this thread, great colours ...

Some of my Liquid Ambers, with vibrant reds:

- Top Left: Not-currently Flowering Cherry
- Bottom Left: very green moss
- Top Right: Juniper enjoying the morning Sun
- Bottom Right: Fig (was a stump when I repotted in January, found on a brick wall few years back, transplanted successfully)

With KKAR posting about winter photos, my Arakawa maple is just deciding now to put some Autumn colour on.

This will be a garden tree and i'll layer bits off it for bonsai as it grows. This cultivar is not really ideal material for bonsai given how big the leaves are, more of an interest piece for the bark.

One of the few trees that gets colour in autumn here is my white crepe myrtle. Everything else deciduous just looks ragged and scrappy until the leaves have dropped, and sometimes they don't even do that until winter is over and the new leaves start to show.
