I have one with two buds on 20 branches! Mind you, the one in the ground I took the cutting from is top to bottom red, just like KCAR's. (So there's hope.)

Barking up nicely. A flowering bonsai always has the ability to make me smile.

And the pot "bark" and weathering sit very well with the tree. Happy days!
