Hi Rudy, just beware committing to anyones advice. Only commit to them if youre happy with the information they give you. Opinions and advices are like assholes, everyones got one.

Thanks for the advise Edward. Does anyone know of any Radiata experts. I saw on another topic...Bonsai nurseries where that large Radiata at Garden World in melbourne has been mentioned. I've seen tht tree and it is a true wonder. I'd love to chat with the person who created it.
Regards
Rudy

Rudy I don't have any shots of single Radiata but I think there was a few amongst the all black pines on Leongs benches.

Today we shaped this tree.
Sounds daggy but it was an exciting experience. I've never done anything like this. It took 4 people (well 3.5 including me) the best part of a day to finish it. I am very fortunate to have had 3 great guys with fantastic vision and skills do most of the work. I won't mention there names as i forgot to ask their permission.
Going to let it settle for about a year. It now has the basic structure and I am very happy with it. I certaily couldn't have done it.
Thanks to all the sugestions from this forum, very much appreciated.
Regards

WoW! When you said "re-shaped" I was thinking a bit of a snip here and there, but to pull that out of it. Terrific work! With a few years of refinement you will have yourself an absolutely incredible tree. Great job!
