Gioi oi! ('my god' in veitnamese) I was just in Hanoi, Unfortunatly I wasn't aware of the bonsai display. (I was also busy kite surfing) I did however see so many wonderfully formed and aged bonsai's in my travels around the country. I would have to say some of the finest were at the pagodas. Also just before the lunar new year (Tet) there are so many street sellers with facinating bonsai and ridiculously cheap by our standards. I am still sorting through photos and will try post some when i have compiled them all together.

Wow! Those trees are fantastically big! But how do they make those pots! The pots have so much details on them! Anh DaiViet do you know what kind of pots are those?
