Leigh I will be introducing myself to as many people as possible.. and really try and get amongst it all.. But Leigh you know me a little and im a pretty loud sort of guy, and have no problem talking to people. But it will be a good time to hopefully meet some Aus Bonsai members and put faces to names etc. Also hopeing to spend a little time with yourself and Grant if you don't mind a tag along for an hour or so on one of the days.. but i understand if you are already fully booked up.. It will be a great experience just to be amongst it all.

Well guys and gals, today is 1 May and that means that today is the closing day for registrations to the convention. A little leeway may be on offer - PM me if you are desperatley trying to make to the cutoff but haven't got there yet.

so so exciting... with only a few days to go... here is a weather update for bankstown.
the mornings are nippy, at 6-10c, so wear a jumper or jacket
but bring a t-shirt as the days are very warm at 24c. the weather has been perfect this week.
inside the club will be lovely, you wont feel the chill, but I can see that there are a few adventurous ones who will be looking for a feed on saturday night... take to the streets, you will be in the middle of vietnamese restaurants and shops - very cultural.. and you'll have a great time.
I will be doing raffles over the weekend and will expect a hello for ALL of you !
see you there.
Leonarda.

Yes they have Bruce! The AB.c office in conjunction with AB.c member Strawbs have produced a limited number of AusBonsai stickers which will be included in every AABC registration pack. Each delegate will receive 2 stickers, one larger bumper sticker that can be placed on your car, boat, helicopter or tool box and a smaller one for sticking on your AABC name badge (or forehead). This way we will all be able to recognize who the fellow AB.c members are and say G'day

A very big thank you to Strawbs for his generous donation of the stickers!
Looking forwards to meeting you all on the weekend!
Regards,
Steven

Archie, technically the vendor stalls and exhibition don't open to the public until Saturday. During the Friday night cocktail party the vendor stalls and exhibition will open briefly but only for the registrants coming to the cocktail party.

Hey Jamo,
Could you please clarify, as I am sure a few were going to attend the friday. How "techincally" is it, I now have only the friday off, is there any point going out there?
It would be great if you could get back to us by tonight, is possible mate. Thanks
