I wouldn't know about how long it takes to upload quality photos! I don't even know what they are....

Tree looks the goods man. Leaning it reduces the angle of the first main branch, which always drew my eye away from the line of the trunk.

See if I can get there for 7 mate.

the critique session at last night's club meeting was a huge success !!! robert never runs out of sharing. the detail he exposed us to is just mind warping and he sais he has only scratched the surface. he would love to share more but we need 3 days and 3 nights of continuous talking. i reccomend that if you are serious about learning bonsai design, go out and buy his books. the 1st vision of my soul. 2nd mission of transformation. the books go hand in hand. you must read the 1st b4 the 2nd. i promise you that you will be asking why things have been so complicated in the past. why did it take so long for some one to show us the way. his delivery is sensible and logical and if you listen damn straight to comprihend. the man is a genious with in the bonsai world. he has arrived at the right time, to help and guide this next generation of bonsai artists into a much bigger and brighter future. the real deal and

no bullshite

:D ;)

The Casuarina is looking fine Antonio. I am just suprised that Robert didn't make a windswept out of it

Stone Lantern has been having a sale on all books including Robert Stevens two. Buy both and get 30% off. It seems to have been extended a bit but last note is sale ends 4th of Nov. I am ordering mine for Xmas today. Looks like it will be about $110 delivered to the door after discount and exchange rate.

hey bretts thanks. most of the trees were not styled as windswept. that is his pet but when it comes to your trees he wants you to design the tree and then gives you the key to open it. at this point in time i need to digest everything i have learnt this weekend and there for would not do it justice to elaborate any further. and this is why i feel it is important to read his books. its is the infomation that comes to light through his approach and process of the teachings that makes most other information in the past no longer valid IMO. that is a good deal you got there at stone lantern. i cant wait to hear your thoughts after reading your new books. ;) :D
