I can certainly vouch for that! I was working in Montrose on Monday and Tuesday, and the ground was mushy enough to cause me to do a reasonably serious injury to my knee...craigw60 wrote:...its been raining here all week...
I hope to make it to the show, but my attendance depends on some factors beyond my control.
Best of luck to all organizers and exhibitors!!!

Sorry Ant, hopefully the next one will be over two days! You, El and I need to meet up for some workshop time, been to long buddy!
I saw the photos Fri, some nice swelling! Really hope you can make it out, just dont fall over again...
I will be keeping my eye out for you Gerard, been a while since i have seen you. Be good to catch up.
Ryan, was a pleasure to meet you too. The market is definately on, so a great way to sidetrack the missus while you spend up big on Pat K and we have some pots from a local potter as well which are fantastic.
We are just hoping we get some nice warm sun to bring the people out.

Hi All,
It was a great day in every which way you look at it - great effort by all involved to get it all up in time, great trees on display (especially our Native section), great weather, great comments from the visitors and a record time to pack up 115 trees, clear out three rooms of tables and dividers in forty (40) minutes!
What a great achievement from a relatively young club (Sept 2008) of “Bonsai Enthusiasts” in the Yarra Valley, which I’m proud to be part of.
Cheers, Rudi
P.S. There’ll be plenty of pictures coming for the “Interstaters”

An inspiring effort from the Yarra Yarra mob. Wonderful display. Mountain folk gone Native.
Some great work in the "bonsai in development"section as well.
And what a bonus to recieve a Zisha, Cultural Revolution pot from Bill at the bonsai creation bench.
Absolute Corker.

Hi Lindsay,
Thank you for coming out for the show, it was great to see you there.
Thank you very much for your support of our club and helping us grow (no pun intended) through your demonstrations and talks.
Kind Regards,
Mike

I also like to thank you for coming by and for your most appreciated support and inspiring critiques. The 'Zisha' was actually a creation from one of our newer, but "well seasoned" members George - he did a great job with this eye catching display.
Cheers, Rudi
