Same thing happens here. Some still actively growing, others in full colour and others have already dropped leaves. Sometimes it is individual difference, sometimes conditions - subtle difference in watering, sunlight, temp, etc and the differece can have occurred a month or more ago.

Can be Just a Weird tree, but if they are all very young they will not have settled in to the correct seasonal routine yet. all babies take a few years to become "normal" :lol:
sprouting at the wrong time need not be anything to worry about and they will get cold and drop soon.
