That first shot is priceless! Who was taking the shots for you??!! :D I didn't make it over, should go though, loads of good stock by the looks of it.

Thanks Minh and I if they do I will name one after you :-)
If i ever sell 'em, you will get first options ( not that I am planning to sell though).

This is what I think is so great about this site, Someone sees something worthwhile to check out, and although they may not be able to benefit themselves, they ensure that someone else might.

Look a these trees and Mitchells figs as examples

Thanks all
Ken

Just an update.
the weekend after I picked up these i repotted them all
Thought I might show the pics of potting them up into styro boxes.
None of these shown have any shoots asn yet ( did not relly expect any so soon), But the skinny Paperbark has got 2 new shoot growing down low on the trunk. I think they were already there when collected, but still a good sign.

Hi all

Just an update on these

Both Melaleucas have survived and have new shoots bursting forth :-) :D
One of the Casuarinas I saw today have a new shoot on it too :D :D :D The twin trunk one with Nat in the photo :-) has a little shoot next to one of the little twigs on it so looks like coming good :-)

The Big Casa has no sign of life as yet, But I Am prepared to wait till well into spring for that one

Be at least next winter before any work done to them yet Yay !!! Did I say i was Happy :-)

PS I Soaked them for 3 days in seasol bath, and then potted into my Diatomite/Zeolite mix and kept damp and out of direct sun. Dosed with Seasol weekly till now :-)

Hey all
Update to my update, the Casuarina I thought was shooting, is still shooting, but is actually a Callistimon it seems. the new foliage on the only shoot is Callistimon or similar.
The Casuarina has also Started to shoot too :D :D :D Has got heaps of tiny little spikes all over it so that it looks like a little Porcupine :-)

4 out of 4 ain't bad from a 3 day old bulldozed site :-)
