Here we go but no pop on the chop! :x Well it has been known to happen at a later date. I have narowwed it down to 3 possible leaders or a multitrunk. easily had 5 or 6 b4. :D 8-)

On inspection last night i realised the cambium on the chop is healing, not receding. This can only mean one thing :D It's only a matter of time before the chop pop's. So to encourage i have pulled the the possible leaders out of the way to let more light in. It is very tempting to choose a leader and get on with it or carve it and grow a multi trunk, broom variation. My guess is the chop will pop during autumn. :D 8-)

Hi anttal63, so did this one eventually pop from the chop? or did you decide not to wait and to grow a multi trunk, broom variation? or did you just choose an existing leader and (as you said) just get on with it?
Would like to know how this one turned out and what you did? any current pics would be an appreciated bonus!
Cheers, Dario.
