Make no mistake, I will be waiting for the locks to pop...Jason wrote:You honestly have to be there as soon as the doors open, it happens so fast hey. I'm in the same boat though, we don't get to buy anything until doors open either, so I'll be racing you thereRaymond wrote:
That sounds a lot like what happened last year...
I remember the first year I went, I made the mistake of having a look at the displays first... learnt my lesson right there and thenhaha

You'll probably even beat me to it, I'll be so tired and bleary eye'd that I'll most likely end up in the toilets or kitchen rather then the sales section hahaRaymond wrote:Make no mistake, I will be waiting for the locks to pop...Jason wrote:You honestly have to be there as soon as the doors open, it happens so fast hey. I was not at this show, I would like to comment though. While it has been promoted on this site for the public/members. It would also be nice if the people that were there could show some pictures.
So that the other members/ could see what was on offer for them to view, especially seeing as there is a thread pertaining to Exhibitions.
Please do not just use the site to advertise, then not contribute by not showing what was there.
Cheers Pup

I try Pup, but I get errors everytime I go to upload them. The bjorn demo's I'm still trying post, but it doesn't like my pictures no matter how I edit themPup wrote:I was not at this show, I would like to comment though. Plus it takes time, I went to bed soon as I got home yesterday, and I run all my pics through photo editing software to touch them up prior to posting, so with everythign else I have on, it ends up taking a while, as I have a over a hundred photos to go through
I may have to upload them to an external site and link them here, least that way you get a check in
Was a great weekend in the end, the weather was on and off on saturday (just like the footy!), but turned out to be a beauty of a day on Sunday and a great turn out in the end
Big thanks to everyone that came down and helped out, can't say how much its appreciated
@Badabing, did I end speaking with you mate? I think I have figured out who you are, from the time you were there... but i think i spoke with over a hundred people in the end, so forgive me if I've got you mixed up

Re: Bonsai Society of WA - Annual Show 2015
Hey all,
Finally finished with the photos
as I've done with all of our shows, I've had to upload them to an external site so that I can post them here. Is either my computer or the way I'm editing them, but I can put up the full high quality ones on that site so its not all bad
hope you enjoy them
If you have any questions, or want to know any of the species then let me know as I pretty much remember them all

One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful
