When is the best time to work on Juniper?

This what I adopt as well. Think about jinning and how the cambium and bark easily come away in Spring.

Well at the very least I think that this topic is contributing to some very decent discussion around this topic that I will archive in the Juniper Wiki section for future reference...

A few theme's are coming through IMO.
One of the fabulous things about growing bonsai is as you get old and decrepit your trees get old and beautiful
