There is another person on there selling seedlings that I may resort to (happy to pay the same money to Ken or someone else here to send me young stock).

I fear that my budget won't extend to your tree, we are building our first home and it eats the funds. I have sent you a pm though on the off chance and if not, keep me in mind if you have any less advanced stock.
