No decision as to front / back /left / right on any of thm yet.
Let them recover for 18 months, then repot and see what the roots / nebari is doing. They are in the pot however they will fit at the moment

Wow Ken. The one that was wrapped around the pole (in the edge on aspect) is the most impressive piece of Wisteria stock that I have ever seen - apart from a couple of massive corkscrewed hollow trunk numbers at a temple in Kyoto. The energy and dynamism in the trunk is really exciting.

It has the potential to be something very special indeed. All the best as its custodian.

Wonderful ! I love vines the more the merrier. Virginia creeper is common around here. They make for wonderful bonsai .

I agree. I have 2 small ones on my bench at the moment

ps these 2 have not started to shoot as yet.

Just an update on these as they have shot out madly and recovering well.

Will go and give them a trim and remove many of the shoots as they are getting out of control

Any one want to buy one They are recovering faster than I thought so would be happy to pass one on now as they are both far to big for my future

I also took a cutting off the Big one and it has been sitting in Diatomite Zeolite mix with a Bag over thepot and it has show out crazily too.
Have no idea if it has roots and will not check them until next year anyway

Yes that is in a 300mm Orchid pot!
might make a nice semi cacade hopefully

the flowered profusely when in the ground and expect them to continue that trend in the pot.
The are purple flowers.

Due to the size of them, i doubt they will ever make the School show tho !

I was asked to sheck whether these had any new roots, and happy to say it looks like it

While checking them out, i noticed the taller one had new flowers coming out on it. The other one not yet but suspect because it is more sheltered and gets much less sun
