No is not this one.... the other one is still there unfortunately is growing into a rock impossible to get it but ive got this one same place.....
So you think should i cut now

you've got a good eye for material. yes I would cut now, but I would do a vertical cut just above where you have drawn the 45 degree line, this would give it a better flow line of the trunk & also expose the popping points to different heights, so you get new branches popping at different heights. if you cut it horizontal, most of the new shoots will come out around the cut at the same height. once again, just my 2 bobs worth, but i've had great success with that method. dave.

just looking at the photos again, it looks like you've already done the horizontal cut, i thought that it was a virtual modification. if the horizontal cut has been done at that spot, then do the 45 cut at the drawn line now. dave.
