I'm not sold on that pot for that tree.
Beautiful tree, but I prefer the other pot.
Both pots are beautiful regardless of the tree though.
That tree is starting to look very nice indeed. A great effort Peter!

I think the texture of the new pot matches the trunk very well, and the colour tones match as well. I'm particularly impressed by the way the movement in the branches all harmonises well, but look "random" and relaxed, not formal. The density seems right too.
Very fine. Thanks for posting.

Nicely matched tree and pot. I think it is ready for showing!

A very good job Peter. Congrats on an elegant and naturalistic image. I like the pot as well.

Great tree. Can you please tell me a bit more about it? How old is it and did you field grow and then trunk chop? Thanks

Was always skeptic about the spindly habit of young Torsulosa but this is great.
Skepticism extinguished.
In my opinion this is a 'banger tree'.

Hi,
Missed this. Not on this site much. Thanks for the comments.
This tree was not labelled correctly and is actually a allocasuarina littoralis.
It was ground grown from stater stock for 3 seasons then lifted and cut down, left in a plastic pot for another 6 seasons until I decided to work on it.
Kind Regards,
Peter
