Jason, your local plant rescue & native nurseries are a great resourse for local provenance plants and for plant knowledge. Get to know them & let them get to know you then the good stuff comes out, both knowledge & plant material ;) Great Lepto by the way, next time we get together I will have lots more questions...

I'm lucky enough to have probably the best native nursery in perth right around the corner (Zanthorrea), and they've started stocking some REALLY cheap bonsai pots too (turns out one of the workers is into bosai). Spent a few hours there when I was on holiday.... and could have stayed longer. Ended up leaving with a really nice weeping paperbark :)

I didn't even know there was such a thing as plant rescue! I'm going to have to have a look around for somewhere like that over here
