I believe Ken P, one of the moderators uses this mix on most of his plants. It is from reading his many posts that made me want to try it. I have found that it does not encourage as many weeds and those that do grw are very easy to remove.

Just looked on Enfield Produce's web site, they do stock both perlite and diatomite (seperately).They are located in Sydney, not sure if they transport to other states.
You could look up the website and google the brands and see if these companies have Melbourne outlets.

Exactly the info I was after....Isitangus wrote:Some pool shops stock bulk zeolite-15kg or bigger bags. Sometimes called zeopure or zelbrite. (Used as a substitute for sand in filters). Price is approx $21 for $15kg depending on the shop etc
