You can use low P fertiliser if you are worried. It will not make much difference but should not strictly be necessary for this tree.
its wasn't too much fertilize. the tree react immediately after it got the fertilize and recover in the days after.and all that occurred twice.
so i'm pretty sure it's something related with the fertilize's components .
anyway, thx very much for your help. I'm still looking for the exact name of this species and if anyone recognize it he can "call me 24\365"
