Debco Catctus and Succulent Mix?
hi there,i used the debco cactus and succulent mix with some course river sand and some zeolite,i chose the cactus mix because it had a lot of grits in it,does this mix sound ok?

My g/f uses that stuff for her cactii, and was eying it off at one stage ...
- as it does look like a good mix of free-draining grit and potting mix...
..however started using diatomite//soil mixes and prolly wont change soon

One of our Albury/Wodonga club members uses the cacti mix for all his bonsai and they grow very well. I think he adds some zeolite though. When we compared the bonsai mix and cacti mix they appear almost identical, just a very slight difference in pH with the pH test kit.
