Hey ladies and gents this is my first post as I signed up today...
I have a very I'd eucalyptus on my property that has been hacked back once apon a time by previous owner..
As a tree it is ugly but I see potential as a bonsai...
When is the best time to attempt a dig to start its new life..?
I live in south east Melbourne..
Any help would be great cheers
When to dig?

Re: When to dig?
Now through to Feb should be fine.
Just check the roots, you might have one big tap root and nothing radial. If so, you might want to air layer it, but that's all heresay.
To answer your question.... Now should be fine.
