Kunzea initial styling

Hi,
Managed to purchase this Kunzea from fellow club member, was collected around Mar / Apr 2014, and appears to be growing strongly. Would like to make initial branch selection now, prune back slightly and focus growth in areas where wanted.
Unsure of direction to take, any suggestions
